New email and marketing automation tools for SugarCRM  

This month, we got to meet the new CEO of Sugar, an Australian by the name of Craig Charlton, who shared with us his vision for the future. One of Charlton's key objectives is to grow the value that SugarCRM offers to businesses by acquiring products with complementary functionality.

This strategy is already in motion, with two acquisitions already completed. The first is a powerful marketing automation tool called Salesfusion, designed to help you attract and track website visitors, nurture prospects and build relationships.

The second is Collabspot, a tool that integrates CRM systems with email providers like Gmail. Collabspot synchronises emails, contacts, and calendars to provide a 360-degree view of customers and communication with prospects.
